only average leader take average or lower intelligent subordinate

so he/she can command in egoistic

thinking he/she is the only person standing

that can lead the ship

it is well known that people like Steve Jobs willing to pay anyone better than him to design his product

and Google have a very highly complex admission test into the company

and Warren Buffet buying stock by first looking at the management, not the share price

i am lost in my mind most of the time
a lot of thinking, i could been drifted away
